Refined Cooking Oil is prepared using plenty of plant sources. Since the fats present in the seeds of plants are poly-unsaturated, this being the reason, the mentioned oil maintains their fluidity even at room temperature. The mentioned oil is a blend of different oils, generally based on rapeseed, corn, soybean and other oils. Be it mechanical or chemical, highly intensive processes are used for extracting the oil from the seeds of plants. In order to prepare the top quality Refined Cooking Oil, all the aforementioned processes are used for eliminating the natural nutrients from the seeds. Once the processed, it oxidizes easily that helps in breaking down the cancer causing cells, resulting in the prevention of cancer.
